I'm building my first PC and I have a question about my cooling system. I bought this motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-180-056&depa=1) and was wanting this tower (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=11-133-108&depa=1), but will that work? I got the motherboard already and it says on it fan 1, fan 2, and fan 3, but the case has 7 fans, so I don't know how the other 4 would work. I'm a little confused. Could I still have all 7 fans working with that motherboard? Any explaination would be greatly appreciated. :)

None of those fans use the 3pin fan connectors on the motherboard. They all use standard molex connections so you can daisy chain as many as you want off of one of the molex connectors on the power supply.

Fans with a 3pin connection just like the one for your cpu cooler can be plugged into the motherboard. The third wire is just for rpm monitoring.
