Question fan too close to cpu connector

it´s safe to have my fan so close to cpu connector , my motherboard only have a few months and only realised that today when I have removed the fan to verify the fan model , putting there again was a bit tricky because the hole that is close to the cpu connection .

well can even be touching , is a bit hard to see , but the connector seems well connected , at least the PC is working fine

it should be all good as long as its not putting strain on any other components (like pushing the motherboard/power connector down)

well I think not , but not even a piece of paper pass between the fan and the cpu connector.
