I bought a prebuild pc that's recently new

after a cold reset. The CPU fans and case fans are stopped working but has RGB lights(gpu working fine) I am struggling to find what's the issue causing this problem. Would appreciate it if someone can suggest to me what's the issue. idle cpu temp 50-70 Celsius , any load on cpu temp goes to 90-100 Celsius
