[SOLVED] Fans on constant 95% speed

Hi,
I installed the Morpheus 8057 on my Gigabyte 2060S with two BeQuiet Silent Wings 3 with a Y-Splitter and a 4pin PWM to graca fan header (whatever its called) adapter a few days ago.
My problem is, that the Silent Wings are running constantly on 95% and it doesn't matter what I'm changing in Afterburner.
The card is cool under any load but the fans don't need to be that "loud" in idle..
Any suggestions?

Whenever I bumped into a problem with GPU fans spinning at full/almost full power, the solution was that the GPU was not seated well in the PCIe slot. Try reseating it
