Question Fans problems

Hello guys, I hope you can help me. I recently bought Fan controller Deepcool 4-port Fan HUB FH-04 and 3 Fans SilentiumPC Sigma HP Corona RGB 120mm witch I connected on my ASUS PRIME H310M-R R2.0 on CHA_FAN. I can't see in bios and Asus aura it is not detecting anything. The 4 pin is not working when I connect the wires to the Fan hub but when I connect the 3 pin is working but without RGB. What can I do?

You have to describe better - which plugs go to which headers/
Fan hub controls fan speeds only. 1 connection to MoBo and all fans connect here.
However web page states "fixed speed of 1600 Rpm" so you may not have speed control (are they 3 wire fans ?)

My motherboard doesn't support 4 pin connections. What can i do? What do you mean MoBo? I connected 3 fan wires to fan hub!

Please check your mobo model name. On the ASUS web site I find lots of PRIME H310M-??, but none with M-R. There is a PRO H310M-R. We need to look at exactly what headers you have. There ARE solutions to your issues.
