So, while i'm using the pc, there's no problem at all. Temp's seems to be OK:
(Here, i'll leave a pic of HWMonitor: http://puu.sh/ob1er/d53713f75c.png )
But when I shutdown the pc, the monitor will go black, as it should be, but the fans will get full speed and keep on spinning without shutting down. The only way i have to stop it is, turning it off from the power button of the case, or disconnecting the pc, which i didn't had to do yet, since the case's power button is doing ok.

Specs:
Windows 10
i7 4790K
Asus Maximus VII
Corsair h100i
Nvidia 980 Gigabyte G1
2x8 ram G.skill trident 2.4k mhz (i think)
Seasonic 1.2k w, platinum.

Thanks in advance!

Hello...the same issue is happening to my PC,but exactly same thing! I've made a topic on various sites, but I did not resolved the problem at all. I shutdown the PC but the fans remain on...light the same, but on a state like it beeps or some kind . After this I switch off the PSU and that's it,I go to sleep, tomorrow I power up the PC..then I boot it up, everything runs ok...I play game for 8 9 10 hours a day. But this issue make me nervous.
If you have just built the system.
Check that the wired connections from the case for the power and reset buttons are wired and attached to the right pins on the motherboard for the front panel.

In the bios of the motherboard make sure that Acpi, or power related options are enabled.
The reason why is because when windows shuts down it sends signals to the bios to power off hardware devices, or put them into a lower power state for energy saving features.

The result of not having it enabled in the bios is that the board fails to power off completely, as you are seeing.
Look at your power settings section of your bios, and consult the manual that came with your motherboard to do with the bios settings.

Once set right the board should shut down and power off in the correct manner without hanging with fans spinning still.

It has an year already, the only recent component is the PSU, that has 6 months. It started happening since 2 or 3 days, and i installed Windows 10 since a week ago. (Maybe that is the reason?)
