Question Fans spin but doesn't post

I got a new mobo, cpu, and ram but when I try to power on it doesn't post but tye fans spin. Also light indicating something wrong with cpu.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

Double check all internal power connections. Ensure that all power cables/plugs are fully, firmly, and squarely (not tilted) in place.

So i have a ryzen 7 2700x, auros b450 pro wifi, corsair vengance ram, and my psu is just aome cheap 40 dollar one that i have had for about 3 months now. 550 watts. Windows 10. also if i take out 8 pin then same exact problem
