Not for a while, since it is unnecessary. We aren't maxing current DDR3 speeds.

Sandy Bridge (2nd gen i-series) "sweet spot" 1600MHz

Sandy Bridge Extended (i7-3xxx) "Sweep Spot" 1866MHz.

Current RAM speeds > 2400MHz.

Even if faster RAM was available it would be pretty much pointless as you will get next to no benefit.

amd llano can use that 2400mhz (2500 downclock to 2400) ram, and these apu loves faster ram, and are good for low budget and medium gaming

can you tell me in years when we can have these ram in market to buy (market share is not needed).

Not true. The viable ceiling on an APU is 1866MHz.

DDR3 bandwidth has not even been close to satisfied. It will continue to be mainstream for quite some time longer. My guess 18months atleast till the next gen RAM releases. By that time AMD APUs will have change considerably and the situation may have changed considerably.

GDDR5 only refers graphics memory, thus the "G".
