I sent my gpu for rma to asus on 14/10/17 to my nereby service center,It had no display. They gave a new replacement after 10 days, but this replacement is also faulty. The display is coming but no games are starting.I also did a benchmark test in which the whole video was glitchy.I tried with another os as well in another motherboard an monitor, but The problem still remains.I also updated the driver.I am not sure what to do at this point.I could provide a video as a proof to my issue.any help will be aprreciated
My gpu GTX 1060 dual oc(3gb)

Please post your full system specs.

While it's entirely possible a "faulty" GPU (or repair) could be provided post-RMA, your situation may indicate a problem elsewhere in the system.

The GPU manufacturer will test on certain test bed(s), which may not be reflective of the environment you're running in....
