Faulty ram?

hello there.

i hav dual channel CMX4GX3M2A1600C9, for exactly a year. last month i got some blue screen of death, then i taught it was software problem, so i tried reformat to windows 7, but during installation, the blue screen comes out, so i guess its the ram, i took it out, rub it with a rubber, placed it back and it works, windows 7 is succesfully installed, until yesterday, the blue screen comes back again. so i tried one ram at a time, and yeah, i found out which ram is causing the problem, and i took the ram for a memtest. here are the result

the problematic ram crashes my comp, my opera browser, photoshop etc etc. so what do i do now? if i send RMA, do i hav to send both? or the faulty one only.

another question here, my harddisk produce one kind of noise, something like scratch noise, when i plug my audio jack in. when i unplug it, the noise is gone, and the sound doesnt come from my speaker, is the harddisk.
I have another computer and speaker, the same problem.

any suggestion? help needed.

Go to the ram manufacturer's website and request an rma. It may take a couple of weeks to get a replacement. You can run with one stick until you get the new ram.
