Feedback on HD video editing build

I am new to this forum and am building a machines for a friend. I would greatly appreciate your expertise if you could review the build and improve on price/bundles/components/etc. Thanks!

Overclocking: Yes, maybe... only if its worth it.

I have read the reviews on all the components and have been hesitant on what to purchase based on the reviews. I want the machine to be reliable without the hard drives failing prematurely, power supply frying all the components, etc. Please help me out with this build. I will greatly appreciate it!!! Thanks!

p.s. I was planning on unlocking Adobe Premiere CS5.5 to use the NVIDIA graphics card with CUDA acceleration.
p.p.s. I heard that using two hard drives would be better for video editing... using one for cache and etc and other for storage and OS... is this correct?

were you planning on doing a raid 0 array with the HDD's, or just have two seperate HDD's?

good build with some good deals... but i'd recomend combo'n that RAM with the GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3-B3

get both for $135 ($55 off instantly) mobo offers same level of performance, just a better deal!

Thanks for the help!! I was thinking about doing raid 0. If raid 0 was set up and one drive fails, all data is lost correct? meaning having a higher chance of loosing your data due to 2 mechanical drives? Thanks again for finding the combo on the ram and motherboard!
