http://ncix.com/products/?sku=70540&vpn=BX80637I73770K&manufacture=Intel&promoid=1310

CPU cooler
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=47090

get this motherboard
http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/canadacomputers/gigabyte-motherboard-gaz77xud3h

price match it
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=70263&promoid=1310

get this ram instead
http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/canadacomputers/patriot-memory-pvi316g160c9k

id get this SSD instead. i have one myself
http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=62972&vpn=MKNSSDCR240GB-DX&manufacture=Mushkin%20Enhanced&promoid=1310

get the hard drive that you have in your build. price match it here
http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=74462&promoid=1310

if you dont mind fixed cables, you can save 50 bucks for the same item
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=55515&vpn=PPCMK2S750&manufacture=PC%20Power%20%26%20Cooling&promoid=1310

seems good now. you can save on shipping since you can pick up the products at a ncix warehouse. the ram cant be price matched since ncix doesnt have the same MIR for the ram

^The modular PSU is a really nice feature, especially if this is your first build, also Corsair is about the best brand you can get (never heard of the other brand, not to say it's any worse)
