I'd seriously recommend getting at least a 1TB HDD to go along with that, otherwise, looks good. What about an OS or DVD drive?

If you're installing a new MOBO I believe you'll also need a new OS license.

edit: this applies to OEM versions of the OS and may not be the case the retail versions
