Find outlook files on XP HDD

I have a HDD from a computer in which the motherboard failed. I cannot find a similar computer to boot this HDD (XP pro) so I bought a new Windows 7 computer, a IDE/SATA to USB adapter, and have taken the entire contents of the XP HDD and put them on a folder on my laptop. Does someone know where my outlook files (contacts, email) are and if/how I can import them into outlook on my Windows 7 computer? Both are Outlook 2007. Thanx in advance for any and all help.
