Hello all, I was hoping the awesome folks here could give me advice on my build since it has been ages since I've done this before. I want to make certain there aren't any conflicts within the build and that the parts I've chosen are of sound quality. The build is linked below; any and all feedback is appreciated.
I really want to make certain I haven't picked out a configuration that isn't idiotic in some way (like cooler doesn't fit or is there not enough clearance for the RAM) so any mistakes you may catch are much appreciated. If you recommend any other components or configurations that are appreciated as well. Also, I think if I wait for a couple of months as the newer RTX cards come out the prices on the existing RTX 3k series will likely drop? Thank you for your time.

- This is primarily meant for productivity. I am software developer and need lots of CPU and memory, not to mention HD speed, to run many instances of Visual Studio and other applications. I think 64GB is overkill but at that price vs the rest of the system why not?
- I play games, but mainly Factorio, City Skylines, Oxygen Not Included, RTS, and the like. Also, retro emulation. I do not play FPS, generally stay away from AAA titles, though if I had the power, I may check out one or two occasionally. But most of these games are really CPU and memory bound not so much GPU.
- I maybe would like to plug in an older VR headset, this is not required if it's too much money.
- My monitor is 1080p, but will eventually get a 4k ultrawide, multi-monitor setup, 4k used for productivity and the 1080p used for gaming.
