So I am building my first computer, and I am stuck on a PSU to get. I need it to run my graphics card without a problem. I have viewed this forum for quite some time, in reading people's suggestions. So now I'm stuck, so I decoded to join.
Here is my setup:
* Phanteks Enthoo Luxe ATX Full Tower (Purchased)
* GigaByte GA-Z97X-Gaming GT (Purchased)
* i7-4790K (Purchased)
* Radeon™ R9 295X2 Hydra Edition R9-295X-8QFA (Purchased)
* Crosair Vengeance 1600Mhz 32GB total (Suggested)
* PSU, I wanted to get a Super Flower Leadex Platinum 2000W, but can't find it for sale. Was going to go with a LEPA G1600-W GOLD.
I just want to make sure the PSU meet the requirements. The graphics requirements.
According to AMD this is the requirements for the card.
28 A of current to each of the 8-pin auxiliary power connectors on your graphics card
50 A of combined current to the pair of 8-pin auxiliary power connectors
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Nick
