An update that doesn't reverse the spying with Cortana MS does? Still not interested in Windows 10.
Gotta disable the snit by hand, and since I classic shelled 7, and I classic shell 10 what you end up with is an update to file explorer which is sorely needed, then again I classic shell file explorer also http://www.windowscentral.com/how-turn-cortana-and-stop-personal-data-gathering-windows-10
Yea, I know but the point is we as consumers (and especially as IT professionals) shouldn't have to worry about that. There is absolutely no reason that MS needs to be gathering the excessive information with Windows 10 that they do. It's spying, plain and simple. Let's not digress into that on this thread though. I'm sure you know where I'm coming from.

No worries, the ave. ms user (probably not anyone here) is most likely unaware of MS vs Google death match to see who can violate their customers privacy in the most egregious ways. So whenever I see the problem mentioned, and not the solution, well not the solution, but at least something the little guy can do to push-back, gotta throw it out..
Agreed. That's been going on for a while. How about Apple telling you that you will no longer own their OS (iOS) anymore either. That alone would make me jump ship if I was an Apple user LOL. I'm a strong supporter of perpetual licensing on everything.

Don't get me started on apple, I may hate ms, but that comes from years of fixing mine and other peoples problems with them. With apple it just pure contempt for the arrogance of the company, and for the posers who act as if paying the "apple tax" and overpaying 2X sometimes 3x more for their tech, that this somehow makes them superior human beings, it doesn't, the word your looking is sucker not superior..
