This is my first time building a PC. Here are all the parts

1) GPU-ASUS GTX660 TI-DC2O-2GD5 GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

2)Power-Rosewill Stallion Series RD700 700W ATX12V V2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply

3)Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

4) Motherboard-ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

5)CPU-AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Desk

6)ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM

7)CORSAIR XMS 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

8)Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - OEM

The computer turns on and runs fine. I can launch the BIOS no problem. The issue comes when I try to run the disk that came with the motherboard and when I am trying to install an OS. I know all the parts are working because the BIOS picks up the hard drive and the Optical disk drive but I do not think the autorun is enabled and I dont know how to turn it on. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I have selected the optical drive. It boots the files hen goes to a screen where i can only choose 2 options
1)amd ahci/raid WinXP Driver
2) FreeDOS command promt.

If press option one then it says to insert the proper Floopy in drive A
If i press option two its just a command prompt screen
