Question First PC-Build, need help with FAN HUB and FAN PINS

Hello, I am currently building my first PC and stumbled across this issue.

I bought as Silent Base 802 as my case, a Silent Loop 2 360mm as my cpu cooler and a ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-E Gaming wifi as my motherboard. I also bought a single Pure Wings 2 Fan, so i can have 3 Front Fans , instead of 2 which are included in the front. (This should match the other 3 Pure Wings 2 Fans in the case.)

Now here is the problem:

I planned to connect all my fans to the fanhub/fancontroller of my case, but there seems to be only place for 6 Fans. With the 3 front fans, 1 at the back, and 3 at the top I have a total of 7 Fans.

Also the Pins of the Silent Loop 2 Fans (Silent Wings 3) have 4 holes instead of 3 like the other 4 Fans (Pure Wings 2). The fanhub/fancontroller only has 3 needles for each fan. Is it still possible to install all of the Fans into the Fanhub? If so , how do i connect the Silent Wings 3 onto the fanhub? Or would you even recommend to plug the Fans into the motherboard directly?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I would have the AIO installed akin to this build;

with the 3 fans being powered off your CPU_FAN header and the pump's header goes to the AIO_PUMP header on your motherboard. Following that, you can tether the fan hub to the CPU_OPT fan header on the motherboard, then have the rest of your fans hooked to the hub.

You can locate the headers in your motherboard manual;

Thank you!!

I totally forgot that i have a cable to make the 3 connections to 1.

Also following this, will all fans be controlled from the same source? And what source would that be? The motherboard or the Case Switch? I heard motherboard controll is better, but i m not sure.
