First Time Build Need Advice

So my Computer died on me 3 days ago and I wanna do a custom build. This is my first build so I'am completely ready to take any advice. Cause I'm a total newbie.
Here was my first build Idea

I already own a Hardrive (seagate baracuda 1tb 7200 rpm 64mb)

The reason for this is I have never had a computer that could ever play any of the new games on even normal Graphics and my computer Always overloads.I do not plan on overclocking but I've always wanted too try. And my budget would be $700 U.S. I live in Belize Central America Small Country (Poor Country). I chose a AMD CPU mainly cause it seems more cost effective but I'm a newbie so I'm not sure.
I do plan on later adding more ram though and using SLI on the video cards. And maybe adding a SSD.
I have a Monitor keyboard ....etc. The budget is the computer only.

I'd really hesitate to recommend the FX-6200 - there's far better CPUs on the market, and the Dominator RAM is overrated and very expensive - and you don't really need to pay that much for RAM. You won't notice any speed increases beyond 1600 - 2000, that is a waste of money. It's pointless to purchase a GTX 550TI at this point.

For that budget I'd recommend this:
