This will be my first build ever and I was wondering I'd it will be good for playing games amd editing photos/videos.this is the build it includes everything needed but an OS as I can get it from a friend.

I think he could do without the i7 so I put in the i5 and if he wanted to he could go with a corsair H100 and then overclock the crap out of it.
 


The difference between the H100 and the Evo is really small. It's really personal preference.

The OP's budget is rather large. The peripherals at this point are chosen again a personal preference. There's no reason to change them.
