I think he could do without the i7 so I put in the i5 and if he wanted to he could go with a corsair H100 and then overclock the crap out of it.

You could also change to a halfway decient mouse and keyboard go with like a corsair K70 and maybe a Deathader chroma or something along those lines or maybe a logitech G910+

The difference between the H100 and the Evo is really small. It's really personal preference.

The OP's budget is rather large. The peripherals at this point are chosen again a personal preference. There's no reason to change them.
