Hey I was hoping for some advice on what would be good yet safe settings to overclock my rig. I have a standard size (antec 300) case and no special cooling, these are my specs. Right now it runs GTA great but when I stream on twitch using OBS I feel like the CPU is a bottleneck so maybe I could squeeze a bit more juice out of it. I've never OC'd something before

Windows 7 (64-bit)

Intel® Core™ i5-2500K @ 3.30GHz CPU

ASUS Radeon R9 290 GPU

SanDisk 240GB SSD

ASUS P8Z68-V PRO GEN3 MOBO

8 GB DDR3 RAM

i have overlocked a little but personly i would get a liquid cooler b4 u even try to overclock the stock fans arent made for overclocking so your temps will get high and the cpu would get hot you dont want to ruin your cpu due to heat

my temps with my i7 4790k are at 77c when playing bf4 if my a/c is on and its over clocked to 4.5hz from stock 4.0 and if my a/c is off i get up to the 80s low 90s... i got a liquid cooler for over clocking and my temps droped to 62c on bf4 and the a/c off
