[SOLVED] Fitting M.2 NVME SSD on Asus Z170 Deluxe

Hi ,
Recently I purchased NVME M.2 SSD [Crucial P2 1TB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD Up to 2400MB/s - CT1000P2SSD8 ] as an storage upgrade for my old Motherboard Asus Z170 Deluxe. From what I know this motherboard does support M.2 , however I find that it is shared with SATA. Does this mean I can't use my other SAṬA drives ?
Can someone help me understand this ?
The manual seems to be saying if you use a sata m.2 then it blocks the sata express ports.

Since your using a nvme m.2 it may have no effect.

The other 4 sata ports should work ok.
