FlashRAM Page File

Would I realize any significant performance gains by switching my page file from my HD to a Flash drive solution.

Or I could set up a RAMdrive instead.

Which would be preferable? The Flash or the RAM. or the HD. Any comments?

Leave it on your hard drive. Flash ram is slower than hard drive. A ram drive would use up system memory which is not what you want to do.
