Flex Card on Triples

I have a flex card installed on my pc and I have one monitor hooked up by hdmi to dvi adapter, one through a dvi-i slot and another through dvi-d slot. The dvi-d slot is not working so i tried plugging a dvi into my onboard graphics and it did not work. My monitors are dvi-d and I plugged each and tested and the dvi cables are dvi-d to dvi-d. Why won't it work!

also to add on when I plug in from the dvi-d slot my monitor turns black and does not search for a signal
