Question flexible PCIE1x riser?

My RTX 2080ti is occupying 3 PCIE slots, and I need access to at least 1 of those.
USB based riser pieces are in the way.
Is there a flexible ribbon or narrow PCIE solution available that could fit?

Is that not the sort of thing you're looking for? Because that was one of my first results with a google search.

No. I needed PCIE 1x, and even for 1x versions, the bracket on the bottom is interfering with the GPU.
It needs to be some sort of flexible ribbon cable at the 1x socket, and not stick out much beyond the socket.
I think I have about 3-5mm of space

Then I don't know if what you want exists. I don't think I've ever seen a riser that can fit with <0.5 cm of clearance above the slot. The male PCIe connector itself typically sticks out further than that, let alone whatever is attached to it (i.e. ribbon cable).

Yeah, I was hoping some sort of 90 degrees option was available.
With all this mining going on, I would think something like this would already exist...

The space is enough for 2 ribbon cables to fit on top of one another.

For future reference, I found this piece, a USB instead of a Ribbon, but it fits underneath the GPU just perfectly fine.
