wallet cant take it....

Well not to brag but I am very happy I broke 20 million today
man I cant still remember getting my first WU in and registering points LOL about a year and a half ago
was so pysched when I finally hit a million
aw the joys of youth

I know how you feel mate, I'm coming up on my 10,000 th WU soon, woot!

My 7870 at 1GHz is nearly the same as my GTX660, though the 660 is in Linux and has a pretty decent factory OC. Anyway my 7870 at stock (1GHz) gets (averaged by HFM so pretty representative of real points) between 49k and 53k PPD (7810 on the low end, 8900 in the middle, and 7811 on the high it appears with recent WU).

Well, I've finally gotten around to updating (part) of the F@H guide.

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/34683-12-toms-hardware-folding-home-team-guide-testing

Far from being finished but He's what I've done so far and what I know I still need to add/update.

Added:

4.4 F@H Power Slider to title. (Still need to add info and images.)

Updated:

Swapped out of date images:

Primarily with the download location and changed any of the install images that is different in 7.3.6 from 7.1.52.

Fix most of the links to the correct location:

After F@H web change, A lot of the links just directed to the F@H main page.

Updated most of the text that referenced to Uni-processors and SMP and changed to "CPU" to reflex the changes in the client.

Removed:
4.1 User Modes

Since Novice, advance, and Expert modes are no longer in the F@H clients, this has been removed and replaced with F@H Control and F@H web client.

Still need to add:

1. the big one is the F@H web client and F@H Control Client, explain the differences between them, and figure out how to add without making them look "out of place" from everything else.

2. F@H power slider. Got the place holder down and already got the images uploaded to Imageshack to be used, just need to add the info to get this out of the way.

Still need to update:

The F@H remote control feature video.

I do have a a better mic via a camcorder (just using it for audio) but I have no time line to when this will be done.

Currently having some allergy problems with weed pollen in the air, so I wont be doing this for a bit till the air clears of this pollen.

Well that's what has and still needs to be done. I'll update once more when I've done additional things.

Ok.... 😗

Tires, looked like they needed replaced so I swapped them out for these.

Windshield? You'll never have to clean them again after this.

1. fnar

The noise of a stifled snigger made by infantile males when confronted with a tenuous "double entendre".
Q: "Would you like breast or leg?"
A: "fnar"

2. fnar

An exclamation of annoyance and frustration. Normally used when changes of circumstances and factors beyond your control have disrupted plans. Sometimes used in sympathy for someone in the above situation.

Similar usage (but inverse meaning) to w00t! The tone of voice is more important than the word.
"Fnar!"
"What's up?"
"I've just found out I've go to work overtime and can't go clubbing tonight"
"That sucks!"

"... but now it looks like I can't go - I'd even got a pith helment specially for the occasion."
"Fnar"

3. fnar

Acronym meaning "For No Apparent Reason".
Guy 1: *slaps closest person*
Guy 2: "hey! why did you do that!?!"
Guy 1: "fnar"

4. fnar

The sound made during particularly enthusiastic cunnilingnus.
"fnar fnar fnar"

I particulary think number 4 is interesting...

The problem with number 4 is that the keyboard gets in the way.

Wat da hek did I just read??? (I bet beano is behind these!)

Anyway... I sold (more like gave away) all my decent hardware (GPUs 'n modern CPUs 'n stuff) to friends/family who needed them for actual work. Budget is tight, and it seems that I will not be able to fold (anything significant) for a long time. Twas nice being here. I'm really sorry to leave. I hope that I will be qualified to return in the future.

sorry to hear that JPN
I undertand about a tight budget
I was unemployed for two years and rocking a Pentium 4 HT in 2010
Didnt get a core2duo until 2011
and your E8400 and 9800 SLI wouldve blown those systems away
keep your head up and you should be fine
dont be a stranger
