Force feedback joystick & wheel

i am useing windows 98se,and the wheel is not recognized in Control Panel.this happend after insalling the new j/stik softwear. but still have the old soft,on system as one is for usb. and the older is for sound card game port.

Try adding the wheel back through the joystick applet in control panel. When adding the wheel, make sure you put it on as Joystick 2 since the FFB2 is Joystick 1.

<font color=blue>1.Download latest drivers online to folder c:\driver\[device name]
-> You will have to extract it after you download it of course.
2. Exit windows.
3. Run safe mode.
4. Uninstall all gaming devices.
5. Restart 98.
6. Run self installing applications for gaming devices.
-> You may prefer to just plug'n install, but make sure you use the new driver.

I know this seems a simplistic approach, but... it works just too many times not to be first try.
