Question Fortnite Bug

I have this problem with Fortnite, I got this bug that I cant fix and don't know how. But everything in the game changed and now I see double of everything and its all blue and red. Anybody know what the problem is with it? It doesn't happen when I play other games.

You might want to see if reinstalling the game changes the issue. You should also try and reinstall your GPU drivers for good measure.

Is this a laptop or a desktop?

Alright, its a desktop. Thanks, but whenever I try to reinstall Epic Games Launcher it won't evr let me delete it, I can only reinstall Fortnite.
