Forum Proposal: Tests & Scribbles

The following comes directly from my years on Bleeping Computer and seeing the utility of said forum.

There are times when members, moderators, anyone of any "staff class" that uses the site might like to test out a feature they've not used or something similar. It is really, really annoying if folks do this on the real forums and it's very convenient to have a forum where its only purpose for being is to allow people to try stuff out without interfering with anything else "real" that's going on.

I am going to do a test right now, which is what triggered me to make this proposal in the first place. Since I have no dedicated venue to do it, I thought I'd just tack it on to a request for same to be created.

if you click a link to an external website it creates a new tab and moves focus to it
if you click a link to a page on Tom's. it replaces current page with the new one.

I reported this behaviour, i don't know if it is a feature of Xenforo or not.
