[SOLVED] FPS dropping after BIOS update

I update my BIOS two days ago and noticed that the FPS drops after 5 minutes of gaming. I used to play at 140-130 fps and now it's on 100-90 without any chances on GPU driver os video settings.

Motherboard: ASUS Prime A320M-K/BR
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G 8GB RAM

I never really checked these configs before the update. But everything is on "auto" now.

I finally updated my BIOS (hadn't updated since I bought this PC) but now my FPS dropped a lot.
I am a noob so I don't know what's happening. Please help.
Ask if you need any information about the PC and stuff.


ASUS Prime A320M-K/BR
Previous BIOS version: 4023 (21/09/2018)
New version: 5407 (15/01/2020)
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G 8GB RAM
No graphics card, only the onboard one.

Edit: I tried to go back to the second and third latest version and nothing changed. When I try to install the original version it says it's not a valid driver or something like that.

make sure the xmp memory profile is on. and not auto
