[SOLVED] Fps drops constantly and freezing screen

I have been trying to play the new Modern warfare BR but whenever i try and play my fps keeps dropping and my screen freezes. i have a gtx 1080, an i7 8700k and good cooling and i run at pretty modest settings considering my specs but i still drop so i know its not that my PC cant handle the settings. i have noticed that my memory reaches around 90% and upwards the whole time so i was wondering if that is the issue. i only have 8gb of ram its DDR4 2666 speed but i dont want to buy more unless i have to. I have all up to date drivers. Any help would be much appreciated.

Your ram meets the minimum requirement, usually 720p 60.
Notice how all the other specs recommend at least 12GBs...

I run my games at 1080p 144fps so i should defiantly upgrade to more ram?
