[SOLVED] Fps drops

E very time i stream Overwatch i have an issue where my fps will drop to around 15 for 30 to 60 seconds then it will fix its self.
This only happens when i stream Overwatch, i can stream other games perfectly fine.
I've seen other posts saying its an issue with cooling but when i check my temps at full load my gpu and cpu temps are perfectly fine and dont pass 50c
Does anyone know whats wrong and what might be a possible fix?

AMD FX 8350
16 GB DDR3
Closed loop liquid cooling from corsair

I would recommend upgrading your CPU to a bit more modern one or maybe set your stream to 720p
