Question FPS drops

So recently my fps has been dropping a lot I don't really know a lot about this stuff but here are my specs
I normally get 160 and run on all low setting please also tell me if something is wrong

CPU Ryzen 7 3700X 8 Cores 16 Threads
Mobo AsRock B450M PRO4
Ram Patriot Viper SteelSeries 16GB 3200MHZ
GPU evga GeForce RTX 2070 Super
850 GB HHD
120 SSD
AIO Cooler Gamerstorm RGB 240RGB
1 Year old psu Evga

I am playing Fortnite mostly Fortnite it drops valorant doesn’t tend to happen and but my graphics driver are up to date and I even reinstalled my drivers

What is your average FPS and what do the drops look like?

You have a more than capable system to run these games at max settings, so that makes me curious.

Normal I use low graphics cap at 180 and say super consistent but now when I start to build and stuff it goes to 69 100 or even 3 was the lowest

Try using Malwarebytes and see if anything comes up. Windows security picks up on the very basics...

If you right-click your taskbar at the bottom, click on Task Manager. Look at your CPU/RAM/GPU usage.
