Question FPS is lower than before ?

I am getting low fps in all games from 2 days. As usual i got 60+ plus fps in every AAA title game on ultra setting, but now on low settings I am getting lower FPS, what is causing that issue? Even my CPU is also new and have good temperatures. I even installed windows 10 again and again but didn't get any solution, and also all drivers are up-to-date.

System Specs:

core i510400f
Gtx 1070 8 gb
ram 16 gb 3200 mhz
I have a good case and a branded power supply.

Please suggest any fix...

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU, case and the motherboard.

Yeah, that doesn't help state anything.

You should also mention the storage you have on your build.

Where did you source the installer for Windows 10? What version are you working with?

I am facing this issue.... I was working on Premiere and there was a power-outage. When I restarted then played some games the FPS was lower... this is a little bit strange for me.
