FPS Problem HELP

So i have pc that ok but the framerat is super jumpy and stuttering can someone help.

PC SPECS:
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 LE 2.0
PSU: 400W EVGA
CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: EVGA GTX 950 FTW

League Of legends
Ark
DayZ

I have windows 8.1 and 8gb of ram

sorry forgot to ask what model number is the evga 400w psu ? also how much hard disk space do you have free ? how long have you had the pc ? has the fx 6300 been overclocked ?
