Your RAM is running at 2133mhz, go into the BIOS and enable XMP/DOCP then try 3200mhz. 3200mhz might not work with your cpu, also try 3000 & 2933.

Despite the changes in ram speed, i still get the spiking. Any solution?

According to this your gpu driver is quite a bit out of date, the latest NVidia driver for your gpu is 527.56 according to the NVidia site.

from 50-60 C, mainly high 50s. Fluctuates quite a lot between 50-60 temps. goes slightly above 60s some times
