hi,is there a decent free uninstall download for ie8.

Just uninstall it from Add/Remove programs. If you don't see it, check off "show updates".

manually uninstall ie8..

start---run---type"appwiz.cpl"(without quotes)--- click windows components--

choose ie and uninstall it..

have tried ,but no uninstall available a lot people like me are not happy that this programme comes without an uninstall facility

Was IE 8 the only browser that came with the PC or did you upgrade to it? You can't uninstall it if it came with the Windows version you are using. Just don't use it.

try mozilla fire fox ,thats beter than ie
