Hello, I recently got Gigabyte M27Q monitor(FreeSync premium supported) with a Sapphire AMD 6900 XT and found FreeSync not working as expected in Battlefield 2042.
FreeSync turned on everywhere and i can see monitor constantly adjusting frequency for video card framerate but still have some tearing in fullscreen game.
Then i change Overdrive settings in monitor OSD during game, after few min revert it back and (magically!) FreeSync looks like start work properly... until game restarts.
I believe Overdrive is panel response speed, now it can be connected with FreeSync is very interesting.
I tried update monitor firmware but no any changes, AMD drivers is latest stable version on Windows 11.
Is anybody have similar issue?

Hello!

Please check if the video card has the latest firmware version (VBIOS).
If not, please try updating it to that.

For the newest VBIOS of your GPU, you can check this site's link:

I hope this helps...
