Hello all,
I've run into a weird issue recently. Last night while watching Youtube, Chrome and then my computer froze (black screen). After a hard power off and restart, I noticed Spotify opened up as a blank Window and I was unable to kill the process in task manager (access denied error). I ran into a couple more instances of machine/applications freezing.
I've tried to run a virus scan (Kapersky) but the scan never actually starts, and I seem unable to uninstall or reinstall applications. When I restart, it sits on the blue "restarting..." screen much longer than normal. Today, I got an NVIDIA Share not responding error and when I try to run Geforce Experience, it gives me an error.
I am really not sure what is going on or what my options are. I am not sure if it's a virus, drivers, etc. i can run Malware Bytes which picks up nothing. Before these issues the computer was acting fine and just before these issues, I was gaming with no problem (Outer Worlds). After these issues started I installed a windows update but notice no diference.
Please advise what my next steps should be or what I need to look for. Thank you!
