Freezess after 15 minutes while on windows7 64

Hello,
my computer freezes in 15 minutes all new hard drive sata dvd burner sata new memory dual channel balistic tracer everything is new but freezes after 15 minutes help it runs 28 degrees f win7 64 bit quad core phenom

Start over again with specific maker/models for each thing and specific part numbers if at all possible.

Ideally, one item on each line, so it is easier to read.

Maker and model of the motherboard, processor, and RAM are definitely of key importance. The case as well.

The specific part number of the RAM would be really nice.
