Hi All,

Below are my specifications:

CPU : AMD Ryzen 3600
Motherboard : MSI B450 VDH Plus
RAM : 32GB DDR4 3200 Corsair Vengence
GPU : Galax RTX 2060 Super 8 GB DDR6
PSU : Corsair TX650M 80 Plus Gold
Cabinet : Corsair Spec 01
HDD : 2x Seagate 1 TB 7200 RPM
SSD : Samsung Evo 500gb SATA3
Overclocking : none

since last 2 years i have been facing frequent pc componenets failures in my pc.

Motherboard : 3 times RMA ( 2 times crystal oscillator failed) + 2 times old mobo failed
RAM : 3 Times RMA
HDD : Almost around 6 -7 (RMA). most of the times HDD failed to appear or bios does not detect.
SSD : 1 time RMA

Below is the power connection of my system:
wall socket MCB ( 15 amps) ----->Belkin surge protector-------->1kva APC UPS------->PC
Room Humidity : 55 - 65 % in winters. and <50% in summers.

Voltages:
Line to Neutral: 238V
Neutral to Ground : 500mV
Line to Ground : 239V

I have checked PSU output many times and every time they are fine. AC ripples are also around 12mV with all the rails.

Now two days back i got my Motherboard from service center after RMA ( crystal osc failed). after installing motherboard i found one of my hdd is not getting detected. In device manager HDD is being shown as working normal.
In windows partition manager it is being shown as not initialized. I tried to initialize it but getting i/o error.
Then I removed the HDD and connected it with external dock. With external dock it was connected properly and i can also access the data. But when install internally it does not show. even tried chaging sata port and cable. but same issue.
Now i am taking data backup to external using the dock and then will try after formatting the hdd.

I am now out of ideas on what may causes these failures. Only thing now to replace is PSU. Can PSU cause all these?

Can anyone help me in this?

Yes. PSU is the source of all power. It can also kill all your parts if it is faulty and gives the wrong power to rails.
I have had a bad PSU kill new drives, it was 16 or so years ago.. i blamed the drive makers, now I know better.

I would get a Corsair RMx model or a seasonic PSU. They shouldn't kill your parts.
