Freshly Installing Windows 10 on Dell XPS 15?

Hello!

So this summer, I am planning on attempting to use the Windows 10 Media Creation tool to do a fresh install of Windows 10 on my Dell XPS 15. I do not enjoy the bloatware that comes installed with my computer, including all sorts of Dell software and many other things. I want to do a full reinstall of the OS as opposed to just doing a factory reset (as that will bring back many programs that I worked hours to remove). What all do I need to know about this before I try it? Is there a certain way to do it without putting my computer in danger? Will I need a Windows 10 license? What all will I need to do AFTER I reinstall it? (On desktops, I always have to hunt down drivers for SD cards and graphics drivers, etc...) I'm using a Dell XPS 15 laptop. Thanks in advance!

One thing I'll add is that when restoring from any future issues it's always good to have a backup of when you did the fresh install (this will also be easier than having to re-install the OS all the time). If you don't have a backup already, a disk imager (i.e. Macrium Reflect) or a snapshot tool (i.e. Rollback Rx) will work.
