Question Front USB 3.0 port not working with PCIE card

I got an old PC and i wanted to sell it but the case front USB 2.0 were rusted so i took a new case what i got and there were front USB 3.0 ports and the motherboard didn´t had a 19-pin connector so i bought an USB 3.0 PCIE card with 2 USB 3.0 ports on the back and internal 19-pin connector. After i installed all drivers the back USB 3.0 ports were working but the front ports weren´t which are connected via 19-pin connector. I dont know what i need to do can you help me ?

Setup:
OS - Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
MB - Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2
RAM - 4GB
CPU - Intel Pentium G3250

Looks like the card requires additional Molex power from the PSU (the white/clear connector on top), have you connected?

Yeah i connected the additional molex power.
