I cranked up my FSB to 400 and my system posted then crashed. I never go the Windows screen. I increased my Vcore to the next one ABOVE 1.4 and got to the Windows screen but it stuck. I lowered my FSB down do 360 and am at 3.28ghz and my idle temps are 46-47 but I did not run prime95 yet at this setting.

Anyway, how do I get my system running at 400 fsb?

No. Try at own risk.

there are no guaranties...

If by overclocking you blow your CPU that makes a spark that causes your cat to jump knocking you fish tank into your monitor, causing the LCD to fall and crack on your keyboard breaking your fingers...
...NOT MY FAULT...

How did you know I have a cat? (3 actually).

And there is one guaranty in life...death. People say death and taxes, but you don't have to pay taxes (but you'll go to jail).

for my system to run stable at 400Mhz FSB i need to have my Vcore at 1.55v

What about the other voltage settings...mch, fsb, ich. Do they need to be changed? What is mch and ich? Northbridge and southbridge?

I just played with mine... hoped i wouldn't kill my system...
not exactly sure what mch and ich is...

Yes and yes. Check wusys stickie to check the recommended voltages.

I meant other than Wussy's sticky...do they need to be adjusted any more to get fsb to 400?

I tried again with 400 fsb and my system halted with a message about voltage. I can't recall what it was, but I'm not at 3.33 ghz with a FSB of 370 and all seems well.

Had to be 975X, disable all the overvolting protections in your BIOS and try for 400Mhz again. You might wanna improve the cooling on the Northbridge.
