How modify the FSB/PCI relation in MOBOs whit KT133, i want overclock to 112 Mhz but i dont want set the pci bus very high (38 Mhz -12%- )

you can't. I wouldn't worry about it, I've never seen a PCI card that couldn't tolerate 38MHz.

My old modem would crash my computer playing Diablo2 online at anything at or above 135 fsb... 134 worked fine... you likely use good hardware, not the cheap $10 modems... I got rid of that sucker...

I've never had problems with the old Lucent 1646T00 modems, they worked on nearly everything (even 486's), were stable at nearly any bus speed (other cards would fail first), and cost around $10. They're no longer produced as far as I know.
