[SOLVED] FTP connection

Hello
I have a server and i have installed windows server 2016 Standard.
I installed Filezilla server in the server and was using it to download files and folders from the server to my PC.
My pc has win 10 installed.

Issue
Now i cant connect to the server via ftp. nothing happens when i connect. the server shows a connection is incoming, but then it says disconnected.
My IP isnt banned in the server or filezilla server.
Port 21 is open for the ftp in server and PC.
But still i can connect to the server via ftp.

Please help.

Fixed, after updating WIN 10 to latest with feature update 1903
