I access a ftp website monthly to share data with a billing service. Their
server crashed over a month ago and since then I cannot access it. My user
name and password had to be changed but I had them saved before. Now it
keeps going back to the sign in page asking for my password.
The billing company seems to think this is caused by my security settings.
Everyone else that uses this service has been able to access the website.
Any ideas?

When you go to log into the ftp web site, start putting in the password,
when it appears in the drop down, move the cursor to highlight the userid,
once highlighted, hit the delete key - this will remove it from the IE save
security/userids area. Now just reenter the userid with the correct
password and if asked by IE to save it, either save/not save depending on
what you prefer.
