As you can see by the title, I have a Fujitsu Lifebook that will not boot to the bios, or anything as a matter of fact... I have tried:
  1. Connecting to charger with no battery in it.
  2. Reseating the RAM.
  3. Using different RAM (Yes it is still DDR3).
  4. Hard reboot.
  5. Changing the CMOS battery.
  6. Testing power from the new battery and the charger.
  7. Connecting both HDMI and VGA connections to known working monitors.
  8. Replacing the hard drive with a known working one (because why not).
  9. also tried bootable USB (ubuntu 20.04).
On boot all lights flash, they quickly turn off with the exception of Wi-Fi power and the hard drive lights staying on, after a second the hard drive light quickly flashes off. When left on a while the fan quietly spins and doesn't sound like it's doing heavy cooling or is stressed at all. No beeping from it indicating any errors.
I have not tried throwing it against a wall yet. In all seriousness though nothing I have tried has worked, does anyone have some suggestions I have not tried?

Thanks,
Kieran
