Question Full System Freeze when OBS is open, streaming or, recording

I am at the end of options in trying to fix this issue.
Whenever I have obs open whether I'm streaming, recording, or just having it open, within 5-30 min it causes my PC to freeze with no crash logs or BSOD. Forcing me to reset manually restart my PC

These are the steps I've taken:
-Reinstalling and downgrading OBS (v28 to v27)
-Doing a memory test
-Closing all unnecessary programs
-Disabled any overclocking software
-Disabling HAGS
-Ran SFC and DISM (came back with no errors)
-Disabled all beta and experimental features
-Updating all available drivers (Chipset, GPU)
-Updating windows
-Updating BIOS
-Using HWInfo to check temps (nothing over 35C)
-Did a CPU stress test (Highest of 44C)
-Did GPU stress test (Highest of 55C)
-Disabled and Malwarebytes
-Unplugging all unnecessary USB devices

Doing a full PC wipe is not an option

This PC is > 3 months old

Specs:
i5-11400F CPU
RTX 3060Ti FE GPU
32GB DDR4 (4 x 8) RAM @ 3200MHz
ASRock H570M Pro4 Micro ATX MOBO
The boot drive is a 1TB NVMe SSD
The recording drive is a 2TB HDD
750W Corsair PSU
Windows 10 21H2

the log seems inconclusive, in that it shows it starts but just ends, meaning PC crashed before it finished.

What make/models are the 2 drives? Have you checked the health of the 2 drives?
